The sheriff's office said they went to the park after receiving multiple 911 calls reporting shots fired. When they arrived, the found the victim on his back at the bottom of the bleachers.

Witnesses told deputies that the man was sitting on the top row of the bleachers eating but fell backwards after being shot.  They performed CPR until EMS arrived and took him to the hospital where he later died.

It all started when there was a fight between two groups of men. The first group left the area but returned in a dark colored sedan and opened fire into the grandstands. That's when 42-year-old Gilmar Carrillo was shot and killed.
