No more racism. That's the message from student groups at U of M, after recent incidents of racism on campus.

Inside a packed auditorium Tuesday night, members of the Black Student Union and NAACP chapter joined together to address being targeted.

Students also saying not enough has happened, despite the university publicly speaking out against the incidents. Students tell us that they want to still see those responsible arrested.

"It's been pretty gloomy around here obviously. This is to show that we're here to stay and it's until things change. We'll still be here and we need change and results," says student Isiah Land.

Student Bre Wyrick also sharing her thoughts with us about taking a stand.

She says, "There are a lot of people who weren't directly targeted here, but even though they weren't, they are still here to show support."

Organizers say a protest is also planned for 7:30 pm on Wednesday. Students will march from the student union to the President's house.
