(WXYZ) - A 71-year-old man from Trenton has been arraigned on several charges after reportedly trying to meet a child with the intent of engaging in sexual activity.
According to the Macomb County Sheriff's Department, Duane Winquist went to meet the child at a prearranged location where he was met with officers.
Search warrants were executed at his home in Trenton and at his business in Riverview.
Winquist is charged with two counts of Child Sexually Abusive Activity and two counts of using the Internet to commit a crime.
He was arraigned on Monday in Clinton Township. A judge set bond at $200,000 - cash or surety only.
The investigation is ongoing.
