An elderly Southfield woman is reliving her nightmare after she was carjacked Tuesday night in Redford.

Shirley Klosowski, 79, was returning to her car after getting groceries at Spartan Foods in Redford. She tells 7 Action News it was then that a man with a knife suddenly came running up on her.

The suspect was caught on surveillance walking through the store earlier.

Klosowski says, "I should have bit him. Give him a scar or two to take with him."

She says the two fought for a little bit. He ripped the buttons off her shirt. Then, she says she grabbed his legs as he drove, dragging her 10 to 15 feet before she fell off.

The elderly woman told us, "I'd like to tell him, 'you scumbag, what if somebody did that to your mother?'"

That suspect also made off with her purse.

If you recognize the man in the surveillance video above, call Redford Police.
