BROWNSTOWN TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WXYZ) — Jet’s Pizza is responding to a video taken by a store employee of the manager shaving her legs in the store sink.

The employee says she was also sexually harassed while on the job.

By the sounds of it, there were big problems at the Jet’s pizza in Brownstown Township. When corporate heard what was happening they immediately took action and say this kind of behavior is not who they are as a company.

“She went and bought a razor and shaving cream and then she hopped in the sink and then I just started recording,” an employee tells us.

Take a look at the video taken by a former employee at a Jet’s Pizza in Brownstown Township.

“I took it and posted it on my Snapchat story cause I didn’t think it was to the extent that it was and then everyone was like, you guys will get shut down, you better delete that,” she says.

We are not showing or naming the former employee, but she says there’s been a lot of questionable behavior happening at the store.

“When we contacted HR, they said that they hadn’t heard anything about this and even if it was known to be true or not they’re supposed to hear about it immediately,” she says.

This former employee says she was sexually harassed on the job. She complained but says nothing was ever done.

“He was touching me at work one day, touching my stomach and I was, I asked him to stop and he wouldn’t and he kept doing it and I said I’m serious don’t touch me again,” she says.

Jet’s sent us a statement that reads in part:

“Location management has communicated with the County Health Department about the situation and is complying with all health protocols. The employees involved with the video are no longer employed by the franchise location.”

The statement goes on to say:

“As for the sexual harassment claim we spoke to the owner of the location and they immediately terminated the employee.”

Jet’s Pizza also tells us they do not condone this type of behavior and say employees should be able to work in a safe and respectful work environment.
