Local pastors from metro Detroit are demanding the head of the Michigan State Police resign, as they plan a protest against her.

At a press conference at greater St. Matthew Baptist Church, various religious leaders talked about the need for a change in Lansing at the head of M.S.P.
They’ve also planned a protest to take place outside state police headquarters Monday at 2:00 p.m.
People will be meeting in Diamondale and also leaving on buses around noon from Bethany Baptist Church on West Chicago.
This all comes after the death of a young man in Detroit, a teenager who was allegedly tasered by a trooper and died after crashing his ATV.
That trooper who fired from a moving car against protocol has resigned and 2 others are under investigation.
In addition, Colonel Kriste Etue recently has come under criticism for sharing a Facebook post calling NFL players who kneel for the national anthem degenerates.
The pastors say they don't expect the colonel to be fired and a resignation must happen.
