Two cousins with the exact same name are accused of kidnapping and raping a woman. And, if convicted, they could both be sentenced to prison for life.

Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy authorized the charges Friday.

Fernando DeLon Anderson, 24, from Detroit, and 19-year-old Fernando Delon Anderson IV have been charged with three counts of First Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct, Robbery, Kidnapping and Felony Firearm.

The 24-year-old Anderson has also been charged with Felon in Possession of a Firearm.

According to police, both men approached the 23-year-old Detroit woman while she was in her car with a gun and got inside. Then, police say they told her to drive to a dead end street in Detroit while the 24-year-old Anderson held her at gunpoint and gave her instructions.

Police say both men sexually assaulted her, and then made her drive back to Lincoln Park, took her cell phone and left the area.

Bond for each man has been set at $500,000 cash or surety.
