A Taylor family is desperate for help, after their van was stolen late last week.

They use the van to take their nine-year-old daughter to treatment for Leukemia.

It's a family 7 Action News has profiled several times, as they struggled to balance paying the bills and keeping their little girl healthy.

The Kirby's tell us they woke Friday morning and found their van stolen from their driveway on Chernick Street.

Their nine-year-old daughter Trista is battling Leukemia, and goes to the doctor twice a week. Her dad is now forced to take off work and lose money, to keep his daughter on the right track to beat cancer.

Trista Kirby told us, "It really stressed me out. I just want my dad to go to work so he can make money, so he can get a new vehicle for us."

Police are looking for a red 2002 Dodge Caravan, with a Leukemia ribbon sticker on the back.

If you have any information, call Taylor Police right away.
