A video taken by a woman and given to 7 Action News shows strangers and security guards helping rescue puppies from inside a hot car in Taylor.
After multiple attempts to break the glass by nearly a dozen people, they were successful at getting the back window open.
When the two puppies were taken out, security guards gave them water inside a takeout container.
