(WXYZ) — The Queen of Soul may have been a target in the months leading up to her death.
TMZ is reporting that police are looking for someone who targeted Aretha Franklin's assets.
A report was filed last June over the matter, but it's not clear how much is missing.
The IRS is already targeting her estate with claims she owes more than $6 milion in back taxes.
