A camera crusader was on patrol in his Brightmoor neighborhood when he came across a truck with a trailer parked in the driveway of a vacant house.

Instead of driving by, Jonathan Pommerville grabbed his camera and began recording as he approached the men.

When asked if they were dumping, the men immediately said no. They live in the neighborhood and weren't dumping, but cleaning up the trash someone else dumped.

Mail in the trash indicated the debris came from a house on Faust Street.  7 Action News visited the home, and discovered it cleared out and boarded up with a for sale sign.

When the owner was contacted, 7 Action News was told a company was hired to legally clear out the house after the previous owner passed away. Detroit police are investigating.
