The LEGO icer was developed by JK Brickworks—it's basically a fun collaboration between two self-professed adult LEGO fans from Canada: Jason Allemann and his partner Kristal.
Jason writes on his page that he’s always loved building with LEGO bricks, but really got into it in the 90s when LEGO released the first version of their Mindstorms programmable robotics system.
