When the Folgers' bought their home in Pittsfield Township, they knew there were railroad tracks behind their house, but they never imagined they would have to look at the line of tanker cars that have sat parked in the landscape for almost a year now.
The Folgers and some of their neighbors would like to see the parked tankers moved out of sight, but as Action News reporter Kimberly Craig shows us, there's not much that can be done.
