Sterling Heights man allegedly emails threat to "sever the heads" of judges

A 30-year-old Sterling Heights man has been arrested after allegedly making threats against Macomb County judges.

According to the Macomb County Sheriff’s Office, Mohammed Alsheleh sent an email that included a threat to “sever the heads” of two judges.

The threats were reportedly made against Circuit Court Judge James Biernat Sr. and Judge Kathryn George.

Alsheleh was formally charged with making a false report or threat of terrorism, and using a computer to commit a crime.

He is currently in the Macomb County Jail.
