Suspects beat teen in Madison Heights, rob him of $1 while walking to school

(WXYZ) - Police are searching for two suspects who robbed a high school student who was walking to school in Madison Heights last week.

Police say the men beat and robbed the 15-year-old student around 7:20 a.m. on February 12 on his way to Madison Heights High School.

The pair allegedly stole $1 from the student after knocking him to the ground and kicking him, according to police.

The suspects are described as white, around 6 feet tall and in their late teens, possibly early twenties. They were described as wearing hooded sweatshirts at the time of the incident.
