Police have arrested an 18-year-old in connection with a fatal hit-and-run accident on the city's west side.
On July 16, a 20-year-old man was crossing 7 Mile Road when the driver of a white Kia Sorento fatally hit the victim.
Police say the driver was traveling eastbound at the time of the incident and failed to stop.
Through an investigation, including the use of Project Green Light footage from a nearby gas station, and the suspect has been identified as Adonis Jackson.
Jackson was arrested in the 19000 block of Avon Avenue.
