BROWNSTOWN TWP., Mich. (WXYZ) — A 16-year-old driver says that his vehicle was shot at while traveling southbound on I-75 as a result of a road rage incident.
According to Michigan State Police, the incident occurred at 11:05 p.m. Wednesday. State police were contacted by Brownstown Township police regarding the situation, stating that a shooting had occurred on southbound I-75 between Allen Road and Sibley.

Further investigation revealed that a teen driver was involved in the shooting. His vehicle was targeted while traveling on I-75 in the downriver area. The teen told police that there was "some sort of road rage incident" prior to the shooting.
Police say the suspect's vehicle is described as a dark gray Dodge Caravan with unknown Rhode Island license plate. There were also 3 or 4 men in the Dodge.
There were no injuries.
