DETROIT (WXYZ) — A 19-year-old male and 17-year-old female are in the hospital after a suspect approached the vehicle they were in and opened fire, police say.
The shooting happened Tuesday just before 8:30 p.m. in the area of Kingsville and Lansdowne in Detroit.
The 19-year-old is in critical condition and the 17-year-old is in stable condition.
Police say the two were sitting in a white Chevy Cruze when an unknown suspect walked up to the vehicle and fired shots.
