Sunday is National Cheeseburger Day.

There is one burger joint in Dearborn that prides itself on its local taste. It's called Troi Burger. Owner Mansoor Isa said, "The name 'Troi' is actually a play on Detroit."

He has some "beef" with the fast-food industry. He is the owner of Troi Burger and says food should be about quality.

"The vision is the change the fast-food service and I would consider this more fast-casual.

It's Located in the Fairlane Town Center's food court and is one of the only burger joints at the mall.

He said, "I decided to take advantage and work at something I'm passionate about."

90% of the ingredients are locally sourced.

Many of the vendors they use are from Eastern Market or Mexicantown.

From the cheese, to the garish and the meat.

"Our beef is antibiotic-free, it's hormone-free, it's grass-fed, free-range. So it is of the best quality beef."

Troi Burger offers drinks with real sugar too.

"It's important to a lot of people to cut the high-fructose corn syrup out of their diet."

Nothing sits in a freezer, other than ice cream used to make milkshakes.

"We don't believe in freezing food. We believe everything should be fresh."

Come next month, Ford will open offices in the mall, giving Troi Burger the opportunity to cater to hundreds of new customers.

"Support local businesses. Support Detroit. This is what we are all about."

For National Cheeseburger Day, Troi Burger will give a part of their proceeds from sales of that day to a Detroit charity.
