With a record number of people expected to fly this summer, the TSA will hire additional officers to cut down on security line wait times at the airport.

2,000 additional jobs will be made available across the country.  In addition, 50 canine teams will also be brought on.

The TSA is also teaming up with airlines to roll out new automated screening lanes at the busiest airports like LAX, JFK, Chicago O'Hare and Atlanta.

Experts predict airports to be busy this summer with nearly 235 million people expected to fly.  That is about 9 million more than last year.
