A University of Michigan graduate, who is now the owner of “The D" hotel and casino in Las Vegas, has a lot of money riding on Michigan State University.
Derek Stevens placed a $20,000 bet at the Golden Nugget casino on the Spartans to win the 2015 NCAA tournament.
If they do, he wins $1 million!
MSU entered the tournament as the number 7 seed in the east region, but has since beat top teams like Virginia, Oklahoma and Louisville.
