Hundreds of people packed downtown Ann Arbor on Sunday all in anticipation of a new partnership between Nike and the University of Michigan.

The doors to the M-Den opened just before midnight to a sea of chanting fans.

Everyone was going crazy for the new athletic apparel and the accessories that now boast the Nike and Michael Jordan Jumpman branding.

The M-Den website, selling the new gear, also saw a rush of orders and faced technical issues this morning. That website it back up and running now.

This is the first ever football team, college or professional, to have the famous Michael Jordan logo. The jersey will be unveiled on Tuesday and available to purchase on August 6.

This is a 15-year-deal that's worth more than $174 million.

There are several M-Den locations across southeast Michigan and they will all be selling the new athletic gear.
