(WXYZ) — President Trump's personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani is refusing to obey a congressional subpoena to turn over documents, while Vice President Mike Pence is also refusing to turn over documents that were requested by Congress.

So we're asking: Should Pence, Giuliani be forced to comply with congressional subpoenas?
