WESTLAND, Mich. (WXYZ) — The Westland Police Department needs help identifying a vehicle that may know the location of missing dog last seen Dec. 12.

Surveillance video shows the Husky German Shepard mix sitting on the front porch of the victim's Hanlon Street home. The vehicle is believed to be a silver 2005 Chrysler Pacifica. The driver was caught on camera driving by the home twice before approaching a third time and stops in front of the home. The dog is then seen running toward the car and does not appear back on camera.

The dog is a female all-white Husky German Shepard mix with blue eyes. She weighs about 20 pounds and was not wearing a collar at the time, police say.

If you can identify the vehicle in the video or have any information about the incident, call detectives at (734) 467-3189.
