The woman accused of causing an accident that killed a FedEx driver waived her right to a preliminary examination in court Wednesday.

Myah Marea Batts, 26, has been charged with second degree murder in connection to the deadly accident that occurred on February 7.

She will be headed to trial.

Prosecutors say Batts was driving fast when she struck the FedEx truck and caused the driver to be ejected.
