Youth baseball coach in Hartland charged with Criminal Sexual Conduct involving minors

HARTLAND, Mich. (WXYZ) — A youth baseball coach in Hartland has been charged with several counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct and for furnishing alcohol to a minor.

Joseph Mark Frappier, 49, was arrested by the Livingston County Sheriff's Office on November 23.

Frappier was arraigned on 10 counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct. A cash surety bond was set at $500,000.

Frappier allegedly sexually assaulted two minors at his Hartland Township home on multiple occasions between 2015 and 2019.

According to law enforcement officials, Frappier was their baseball coach.

An investigation is still underway. The Livingston County Sheriff's Office Detective Bureau is strongly encouraging any other victims to come forward.
