All day today on 7 Action News: Helping kids Rebound from the coronavirus pandemic

(WXYZ) — The coronavirus pandemic has hit everyone hard, but it isn't just adults who have had their lives changed; kids have also been affected.

Tuesday on 7 Action News, we're giving you the best ways you can help kids rebound from the pandemic.

During 7 Action News at 6 a.m., Alicia Smith will talk about what summer day camps will look like this year, and the options parents have. Read more here

Then, The Rebound Detroit reporter Ameera David will host a Facebook Live at 12 p.m. with a child psychologist and pediatrician.

At 5 p.m., Carolyn Clifford will talk about online activities for kids – including dancing, coding and even basketball coaching. Later in the evening, she'll also join us on Facebook Live.

Finally, Ameera will talk about helping kids cope, following up on her Facebook Live at 6 p.m. She'll have the signs kids are struggling, what you can do and when it's time to get them help.
