Two blown saves in a row sealed Francisco Rodriguez's fate.

The Tigers have removed him as the team's closer, Brad Ausmus said on Tuesday.

Justin Wilson will take over the role.

The Tigers are in Arizona tonight to begin a series with the Diamondbacks.
