During a press conference on Wednesday, Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton was asked about Devin Funchess' route-running ability by Jourdan Rodrigue, a reporter from the Charlotte Observer.
In response to the question, he laughed and said, "It's funny to hear a female talk about routes."
Rodrigue responded on Twitter and tweeted, "I don't think it's 'funny' to be a female and talk about routes. I think it's my job."
