(AP) -- Tulsa (9-3) will showcase its potent offense in the Miami Beach Bowl on Dec. 19 against Central Michigan (6-6)

The Golden Hurricane's Dane Evans has thrown for 3,044 yards, while James Flanders (1,529 yards) and D'Angelo Brewer (1,330 yards) were the top rushers in the American Athletic Conference.

Keevan Lucas has 1,108 yards receiving, and Josh Atkinson has 927. If Atkinson reaches the 1,000-yard plateau, Tulsa would become the first team in FBS football history with a 3,000-yard passer, two 1,000-yard rushers and two 1,000-yard receivers.

Central Michigan pulled off one of the year's biggest upsets -- albeit a debated one -- with a 30-27 victory in September against Oklahoma State, which finished 9-3. The Chippewas were erroneously given an untimed down that allowed them to score the game-winning touchdown on the final play.
