(WXYZ) — The Detroit Lions announced Thursday that BetMGM will be the team's official sports betting partner.
The partnership comes as sports betting is now legal in Michigan and all three Detroit casinos have sports betting areas.
There will be several fan-focused events with programming, Lions bingo, Lions perks and more.
“The Detroit Lions historic relationship with BetMGM has been years in the making and we’re proud to announce details of our official partnership,” said Detroit Lions Team President Rod Wood. “We’re continuously seeking new ways to entertain and involve our fans which is especially important during such unusual times; this partnership with BetMGM will provide additional and exciting opportunities to engage our fans.”
Lions Bingo will be available on the team's app and fans can win cash prizes and other prizes if they predict the right sequence of game scenarios.
