DEARBORN, Mich. (WXYZ) - A local bride and groom got a surprise on their wedding day when members of the Detroit Lions showed up at the party.
Sarah and Brendon Lally were celebrating at the Henry in Dearborn when several of the players stopped by to give them their best Saturday night.
Among those who surprised the couple were Ndamukong Suh, Nick Fairley and rookie Ezekiel "Ziggy" Ansah.
A 7 Action News viewer sent us pictures of the players posing with Sarah and Brendon. We're not sure if it's Suh or Ansah who is giving the bride the bunny ears.
We're told the family was thrilled that Suh took the time to chat with the bride and groom.
By the way, this isn't the only football connection for the family. Sarah's mother is the University of Michigan's head cheerleading coach, Pamela St. John. We're told Pam's son, Drake Johnson, will be suiting up for the Wolverines as a running back this fall.
