On an off-day this past week, a few of the Lions' best players remembered what time of year it is and brought some big smiles to one single mother's face.
Latoya Williams came home to a surprise at her Detroit home. She and her daughter, Zion, knew they were getting a new house from Habitat for Humanity.
What they didn't know is three Lions players would be there to give her a check for $5,000 towards Latoya's college classes, and a fully-furnished home.
