WXYZ — The Pistons had the fifth-worst record in the NBA when the league shutdown the season back in March.
That gave them the fifth best odds for the top overall pick.
But the lottery ping pong balls decided that instead of helping one of the worst franchises in the association, they'd move them down from fifth to seventh.

To add insult to injury, the former back-to-back world champion Golden State Warriors, who did have the worst record this year albeit with many injuries, will pick second overall.
