(WXYZ) — Ken Holland signed a pair of college forwards on Tuesday. The first announced move was locking up Princeton forward Ryan Kuffner to a two-year contract.
The Red Wings also signed Michigan State's Taro Hirose.
Kuffner went undrafted, but registered 44 points in 31 games for Princeton in 2018-19. He is 6'1" and 195 lbs.
Holland told reporters Kuffner will report to the Red Wings as soon as possible.
