(WXYZ) — We're still about six months away from the second annual Rocket Mortgage Classic at Detroit Golf Club, but a special ticket-buying window will open up for the holiday season.

The window for tickets will be from Dec. 9-22, just in time for the holidays, for a limited pre-sale. Fans can buy tickets at RocketMortgageClassic.com, and tickets for several days sold out last year, and they expect another sellout in 2020.

The event begins Monday, May 25 with the tournament running Thursday, May 28 - Sunday, May 31 at Detroit Golf Club.

Also, on Cyber Monday, fans who purchased tickets to the event last year will get an early opportunity to renew their tickets for 2020.

“It was important for us to offer this holiday pre-sale so Detroiters, and those across the country, can pick up some of the hottest tickets in Detroit just in time for the holiday season,” said Jason Langwell, the tournament’s Executive Director. “With our tournament dates moving up a month, and our first day open to the public set for Memorial Day, we know the demand for tickets will top the incredible excitement we saw for the tournament’s first year.”

This year, the tournament will open the gates on Monday for Memorial Day, and fans can purchase tickets for just $15 that include two days of practice rounds – Monday and Tuesday. Tickets are also $15 for Wednesday's Pro-Am.

When it comes to the competition, tickets are $50 for Thursday, $55 for Saturday and $60 each for Saturday and Sunday.

There are also weekly grounds passes good for every day for $180, and a "Good Any One Day" pass is available for $70.

The AREA 313 Celebrity Challenge is returning this year on Tuesday.

Once again, the tournament will offer free grounds admission for kids 15 and under with a ticketed adult, and complimentary grounds tickets are also available for active-duty and retired military members, and veterans can get 50 percent off the regular rate.
