We're celebrating athletes whose senior seasons have abruptly ended.
WXYZ Senior Salutes: We are asking for your senior year sports stories for our Brad Galli and Justin Rose to highlight on TV.
Grosse Pointe South High School's baseball team won the state championship in 2018. The boys won districts in style in 2019, but the senior class of 2020 wanted to finish off their careers with their own mark on the program. The MHSAA canceled the season, but we at WXYZ salute the group.
The seniors are Weston Brundage, Matt Fabry, Eden Frevik, Patrick Hopper, Miles Jamieson, Will Jarvis, Jacob Kempa, Charlie Krausmann, Nathan Lawrence, Cam Mallegg, Brian McKenna, Connor Paull, Nick Raicevich, Carter Sales, and Alex Shaheen.
