Metro Detroit Weather: Storms redevelop this afternoon

Storms have moved off to the east, but more storms could re-develop this afternoon with some possibly turning strong to severe.

Saturday will bring us bright sunshine, cooler air and lower humidity.

OUTLOOK: 

Today: Turning partly sunny & warm with a 60% chance of storms after about 2pm. A strong storm is possible from Detroit and points south.  Highs:  83-87 / Winds: SW-W 5-15

Tonight: Storm chance ends early, then clearing and cooler. Lows: 58-62 / Winds: N-NE 5-15

Saturday: Mostly sunny, cooler and less humid. Highs: 77-81 / Winds: NW 5-15

Sunday: Mostly sunny with a 30% chance for a spotty shower in the afternoon. Humidity stays low. Highs: 79-83 / Winds: SW 5-15
