(WXYZ) — Canterbury Village in Lake Orion is trying something new amid the coronavirus pandemic. Beginning Thursday, they'll start drive-in movies.

According to Canterbury Village, people can come enjoy movies from their car with adequate social distancing between cars.

The village said that only 165 cars will be allowed and each car will be given a 20-foot wide space to keep a safe distance between them. The movies will be played through your car radio.

There will also be food for sale from the C Pub that can be delivered right to your car.

Tickets will go on sale at 6 p.m. Monday and are available online only. They will be available at the Facebook event page, and are $20 per car, per movie shown. After each showing you must exit to get ready for the next showing.
