Staying healthy and helping others. That’s the mission of Crunch Fitness this holiday season and the business is expanding in metro Detroit.
Dustin Gutkowski and Michael Garza demonstrated some exercises that can be done at home and talked about their toy drive to help children in Detroit. Toys can be dropped off until Dec. 16 at Crunch Fitness locations in Farmington Hills, Westland and Dearborn and at the Detroit Police Department second precinct at 13530 Lesure Street.
