This year’s Super Bowl specialty is Camp David Shrimp—bacon-wrapped shrimp stuffed with cheese and jalapenos. The recipe is posted below.

Camp David Shrimp
6 large shrimp, peeled, deveined and butterflied
1 fresh jalapeno, sliced into thin strips
2 ounces shredded Jack cheese
6 strips of bacon
Stuff butterflied shrimp with jalapeno and cheese
Wrap in bacon
Apply 3 shrimp to each skewer
Grill or broil at medium/high heat for 4-5 minutes per side until shrimp is cooked through and bacon is crisp.
