Swimmer's Ear can be painful and cause infection if not treated properly

SOUTHFIELD, MICH (WXYZ) - Swimmer’s Ear is often caused by water in the ear after swimming, but there are other causes as well. And if it gets bad, it can be really painful.

Both kids and adults get swimmer's ear. But it needs to be treated as soon as possible to reduce the pain and the effects it has on their hearing, as well as prevent the spread of infection.
