It has been more than a year since the latest film in the Harry Potter world, "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them" premiered, and on Thursday, the latest film in the franchise got its premiere date.
According to Warner Bros., "Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald," will premiere on Nov. 16, 2018.
Warner Bros. said the new film takes place after the original, where Grindelwald, played by Johnny Depp, escaped custody and will be gathering followers.
It also brings back Eddie Redmayne as Newt Scamander, and Jude Law will play a young Albus Dumbledore.
David Yates will direct the film, just as he did the first, and it takes place in New York, Paris and London.
