The St. Clair County Sheriff's Office is looking for help identifying two suspects responsible for breaking and entering into an auto shop in Fort Gratiot Township.
On Thursday, May 10, deputies arrived to Uncle Al’s Quick Lube, 4564 24th Ave, shortly before 4 a.m. after an alarm went off at the business.
The suspects were inside for less than two minutes, police say, and they escaped with money from the business.
A Marysville Police Department K-9 unit tracked the suspects, who were described as one white male, thinly built with a possible goatee. A description of the second suspect was not provided because he was wearing a black hoodie covering his face, police say.
The K-9 unit tracked the suspects from the business to Meadowlawn Drive, where police say it appears they had a vehicle waiting.
Surveillance video shows the white male suspect wearing khaki pants, a black and white plaid shirt and some type of rag on his head, although his face is somewhat visible. The second suspect was wearing black pants and black shoes.
Police say this is the second breaking and entering at Uncle Al’s Quick Lube since February.
