Livonia fire officials say a 78-year-old woman died in a house fire overnight on Grove St.
According to officials, fire crews received the call about 10:45 p.m. Sunday that the house was on fire. Arriving firefighters found the house engulfed in flames.
Four people were able to escape the home but told crews there was still a family member in the front bedroom.
Firefighters found the woman dead on scene.
They are still working to determine the cause of the fire and an autopsy is expected to be held later on Monday.
