Antiques Roadshow rolls into town with a stop at Meadow Brook Hall in Rochester on Thursday.
The all-day appraisal event is part of an innovative production tour with new-look episodes. For the first time, the hit PBS series is stopping exclusively at historic locations around the country.
According to the director of media relations at Oakland University, they had nearly 20,000 ticket applications for the event. In all, they gave out only 1,850 pairs of tickets.
During the stop at Meadow Brook Hall, they will create three episodes of Roadshow, which will air in 2019 on Detroit Public Television.
