Two workers rescued after falling down manhole in Detroit

DETROIT (WXYZ) - Two people have been rescued after falling 40 feet down a manhole in Detroit.

A city worker and contractor were trapped at a pumping station owned by the Detroit Water and Sewerage Department on the corner of Mack and Cadieux.
