Cedar Point's newest thrill ride will not open today, the amusement park announced on Twitter.
The post was made about the Steel Vengeance roller coaster at 8:11 a.m. Thursday.
No information was provided on why the coaster would not open and how long it would be down.
This news comes just weeks after the coaster's May 5 openingwhen the ride was shut down on opening day after trains bumped into one another. The coaster was then closed down for maintenance while the incident was placed under review.
