A 56-year-old man from Detroit was caught masturbating inside of an At Home store in Troy on June 18.
Officers spoke to the victim who said she realized she was being followed by an unknown man, and when she turned around, she realized he was masturbating.
Based on the suspect's description, the officers were able to locate him inside the store.
Officers spoke with the man, who admitted to the act, saying it was a "bad habit."
