A Detroit man has been charged in connection with the home invasion, sexual assault and robbery of a 56-year-old Detroit woman.
On April 27, 2018, it is alleged that Christopher Hightower, 30, broke into the victim's home in the 12000 block of Stringham Court in Detroit through her bedroom window.
While in her house, he gestured as if he was armed with a gun, and then sexually assaulted her. He allegedly took person property from her after the sexual assault and fled from the scene.
He has been charged with two counts of first-degree Criminal Sexual Conduct, one count of Home Invasion and one count of Armed Robbery.
